Remix Contest Terms & Conditions

You must be 18 years of age or older to enter the Contest. If you are under 18, you must have written permission from your parent or legal guardian. No person under the age of 16 may enter the Contest.

You are not eligible to enter the Contest, or may be disqualified, if you:

• are an employee, or an immediate family member of an employee, agency, affiliate, or exclusively signed artist of STMPD RCRDS;
• do not comply with these Terms & Conditions; or
• are exclusively signed to a third-party record label.

You can enter the Contest by downloading the stems. STMPD RCRDS grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to store and use the stems solely for your personal submission of a remix to the Contest for which the stems are intended.

Each contestant may submit one submission for the Contest. You may not enter multiple times using different email addresses, identities, or devices. If fraudulent methods are used, your submission may be disqualified at the sole discretion of STMPD RCRDS.

You can upload your submission via demo.stmpdrcrds.com.

Each Contest will have its own rules on how to win, as stated on the Contest page. This may vary from a jury evaluation to votes, shares, or comments.

The winner(s) will be announced on the Contest page and notified by email or social media. If a winner does not reply within 14 days after notification, or refuses the prize, STMPD RCRDS may choose a new winner.

STMPD RCRDS may also decide not to select a winning remix. The prize will be stated on the Contest page.

If the prize includes a release on STMPD RCRDS, any such release is subject to the sole discretion of STMPD RCRDS, including but not limited to the quality and originality of the remix and legal clearance. STMPD RCRDS reserves the right not to release any remix, without any obligation to provide reasons.

STMPD RCRDS, its successors, and assignees shall be the sole and full copyright owner of any submission to the Contest.

You may not sell, distribute, license, or otherwise exploit any remix made using the stems. Uploading the remix to any media platform is prohibited.

By entering the Contest, you grant STMPD RCRDS permission to collect information about you, including your remix, name, and contact details.

You guarantee that you will not use materials owned by third parties in your remix. If your submission infringes upon third-party rights, you may be disqualified.

STMPD RCRDS shall not be responsible for technical issues, internet failures, or any losses, taxes, damages, or health issues resulting from participation in the Contest.

STMPD RCRDS reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the Contest at any time. Any changes will be published on the Contest page.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes shall be brought before the competent court in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
